Data controller

This policy is issued by GetAgents (authorised person: Mustafa Aladağ) · email: hello@getagents.io · web: getagents.io, acting as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

What data we process

• Demo request form: your name, work email, company website, industry, service of interest, target markets, competitors, note, page language and IP address.
• Company panel scan: the domain you scan and your IP address (a daily limit applies to prevent abuse).
• Meeting calendar: the name and email you give Google when picking a time (handled on Google Calendar).
• Link and AI connector logs: the source you came from (e.g. an AI assistant or search engine), the link clicked, page language, IP address and, if you share it, your company name.
• Server logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information and referring address.
• Email: messages you send to hello@getagents.io.

Why we process it

To answer your demo or quote request, schedule the meeting, prepare the company panel you asked for, provide and improve the service, keep the site and server secure, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Legal bases

Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests provided they do not override your rights (KVKK Art. 5/2 (c), (ç), (f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c), (f)).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it for advertising. We use only these service providers to run the service: server hosting for the site and email (Türkiye), meeting calendar and video calls (Google), internal lead notifications (Telegram) and domain/DNS services. Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye; such transfers are made under KVKK Art. 9 and, where applicable, appropriate GDPR safeguards. Lawful requests from competent authorities are reserved.

Cookies

The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Only a local browser entry (ga_lang) remembers your chosen language; you can delete it in your browser settings. Embedded services such as Google Calendar follow their own cookie policies.

Retention

Demo and quote requests: during the sales process and at most 2 years; server logs: at most 1 year; customer contract records: for legally required periods. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, learn the purposes and recipients of processing, object to processing, and request compensation for unlawful processing (KVKK Art. 11; GDPR Arts. 15–22 where applicable).
