Service

GetAgents is a platform that runs companies' marketing and sales operations with AI agents. The live demo on the site is a showcase using sample and illustrative data; company-specific dashboards and paid services are governed by a separately signed quote and contract.

Pricing

The site contains no price commitment. Scope, price and term of paid services are set in a company-specific quote.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or tools for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to overload systems or to bypass security. Only scan domains you are authorised to scan. Access may be restricted in case of abuse.

Nature of information

Information on the site and in the AI connector is for general information. Information about third-party platforms (e.g. ad platforms) may change with their current terms; check those terms before making decisions.

Intellectual property

Design, text, software and marks on the site belong to GetAgents or their respective owners and may not be copied without permission. Third-party brands shown in the demo appear only as examples, using public data, and imply no partnership.

Liability

The site and free tools are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from use of the free tools.

Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Statutory consumer rights are reserved.
