- Which countries do you serve?
- Companies worldwide. The agents work in 11 languages and serve companies in Europe, the Gulf, Türkiye, Russian-speaking markets, Latin America and Asia.
- How long does setup take?
- Once the required access (ad accounts, analytics, photo archive) is shared, the company-specific dashboard is set up within 5 business days and the agents start working.
- How is it priced?

- Is our data safe?
- Shared access and data are used only within the scope of the service and never shared with third parties. Analyses run on the accounts the company authorises and on public platform data.
- Which languages do the agents work in?
- English, Turkish, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Chinese and Japanese.
- How do you track ChatGPT ads?
- Ad Radar monitors brands using the ChatGPT ad infrastructure with our own proprietary monitoring infrastructure and shows the result in the Competitors card of the dashboard.
- We want to advertise on ChatGPT. Can you help?
- Yes. GetAgents handles ad account setup, campaign setup, ChatGPT-ready ad copy, targeting by market and language, and results tracking in the dashboard. Publishing and budget decisions are always made with the company's approval.
